RATES

From May 1st to November 14th:

$129/night; $888/week; $2,800/four weeks

From November 15th to April 30th:

$149/night; $995/week; $3,300/four weeks

Add 11.25% for Hawaii Room and State Excise Taxes until June 30th, 2009 .

Add 12.25% for Hawaii Room and State Excise Taxes from July 1st, 2009 to June 30th, 2010.

Add 13.25% for Hawaii Room and State Excise Taxes starting July 1st, 2010.

Stays of less than 3 nights, daily rate + $100 partial cleaning & management fee.

Stays of less than 6 nights, daily rate + $70 partial cleaning fee.

$200 deposit or 20% of the total depending on which is greater.  The balance is due one month prior to check-in. If cancellation is within 8 weeks of booking, then there is a full refund less a $25.00 handling fee. If notice of cancellation is in less than the time required before your booking, then a refund of your deposit is dependent upon re-rental of the unit for the cancelled nights.  The $25.00 handling fee will be credited toward any future bookings with this condo.   Any booking over 21 nights requires notice of cancellation within 10 weeks of the booking arrival date in order to receive a full refund of your deposit less the $25.00 handling fee.

How To Pay from Within the United States:

If paying from within the US, use check, VISA or MasterCard.  We use PayPal for all credit card payments.

How To Pay from Canada or Outside US:

If paying from outside the US, use a US$ money order with a US bank address on the money order or a Canadian Postal Money Order in US$, or use VISA or Mastercard.  We use PayPal for credit card payments.  We cannot accept foreign personal checks.
