RATES

From May 1st to November 14th:

$141/night; $969/week; $3,058/four weeks, for each guest over 2 add $5 per night

From November 15th to April 30th:

$163/night; $1,087/week; $3,604/four weeks, for each guest over 2 add $7 per night

Add 13.25% for Hawaii Transient Accommodations and General Excise Taxes.

Stays of less than 3 nights, nightly rate + $110 partial cleaning & management fee.

Stays of less than 6 nights, nightly rate + $85 partial cleaning & management fee.

No Security Deposit. Cleaning & Mgmt. Fees included on all bookings of 6 nights more.

$200 deposit or 20% of the total depending on which is greater.  The balance is due one month prior to check-in. If cancellation is within 8 weeks of booking, then there is a full refund less a $25.00 handling fee. If notice of cancellation is in less than the time required before your booking, then a refund of your deposit is dependent upon re-rental of the unit for the cancelled nights.  The $25.00 handling fee will be credited toward any future bookings with this condo.   Any booking over 21 nights requires notice of cancellation within 10 weeks of the booking arrival date in order to receive a full refund of your deposit less the $25.00 handling fee.  Departures after 10 AM require payment in full for extra night.  CHANGES TO BOOKINGS MAY NOT BE ACCOMMODATED DEPENDING ON TIME OF YEAR AND RESERVATION CALENDAR.

How To Pay from Within the United States:

If paying from within the US, use check, VISA or MasterCard.  We use PayPal for all credit card payments.  The 3.5% PayPal fee will be added to your reservation.

How To Pay from Canada or Outside US:

If paying from outside the US, use a US$ World Money Order with a US bank and address on the check, or use credit card.  We use PayPal for credit card payments.  The 4.5% PayPal fee will be added to your reservation.
