RATES

From May 1st to November 14th:

$137/night; $940/week; $2,830/four weeks

From November 15th to April 30th:

$158/night; $1,070/week; $3,150/four weeks

Add 11.41% for Hawaii Room and State Excise Taxes.

Stays of less than 7 nights, daily rate + $70 partial cleaning fee.

Stays of less than 4 nights, daily rate + $100 partial cleaning & management fee.

$200 deposit for stays of up to $1000 is required to hold the unit; $400 deposit required for stays of $1000-$2000; $600 deposit required for stays of $2000-$3000.  $800 deposit required for stays of $3000-$4000. The balance is due one month prior to check-in. If cancellation is within 6 weeks of booking for the low season or within 8 weeks of booking for the high season, then there is a full refund less a $25.00 handling fee. If notice of cancellation is in less than the time required before your booking, then a refund of your deposit is dependent upon re-rental of the unit for the cancelled nights.  The $25.00 handling fee will be credited toward any future bookings with this condo.

How To Pay from Within the United States:

If paying from within the US, use check, VISA or MasterCard.  We use PayPal for all credit card payments.

How To Pay from Canada or Outside US:

If paying from outside the US, use a US$ money order with a US bank address on the money order or a Canadian Postal Money Order in US$, or use VISA or Mastercard.  We use PayPal for credit card payments.  We cannot accept foreign personal checks.
